BMarko Structures delivered a modular build using three 40-foot shipping containers, transforming Raimondi Park into a game-ready home for the Oakland Ballers’ 2024 debut. The project featured a custom press box perched above the stands with full-width windows and stair access, plus dugouts along both baselines. To add storage without expanding the footprint, we cut down two 20-foot containers to 15 feet and attached them to the ends of each dugout. Painted green and built to blend with the bleachers, the containers brought both function and identity to a historic park—and helped launch a new era of baseball in Oakland.
